ARTWORK - All orders should be accompanied by sharp, color or black and white, vector artwork. We suggest that you leave layout and type style to the discretion of our art team, but please note if a specific font is preferred. Additional charges may apply for special need projects.
COLOR - Please check with your customer service specialist to obtain information about available colors and whether or not added costs may apply.
PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from art approval to process and ship your order. We appreciate additional lead time whenever possible to allow our team to manufacture all orders on an as needed basis.
RUSH ORDERS - Our Rush promo products (indicated by the Rush icon) ship within 48 hours, after art approval, at no additional charge. Orders received after noon EST will be processed the next business day. Contact Customer Service via phone 1-800-343-3166, email or Live Chat with your rush request. Nothing is impossible!
SHIPPING & HANDLING - Orders are shipped UPS/FedEx prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Hollywood, Florida, FOB Miami, FOB New Kensington PA, FOB Charlotte NC, FOB Greenville SC. A $10 handling charge will apply for all orders shipped via third party.
DROP SHIPMENTS - We can drop ship direct to multiple locations. Preprinted labels suitable for mailing may be requested and an extra charge of $10 per package will apply.

RETURNS - Logoed/personalized promotional products cannot be returned.
CANCELLATIONS - You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST) to cancel your order for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once proofs have been sent for approval unless prior authorization is received.
CUSTOM ORDERS -Once a custom order has been accepted it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned. Please contact customer service at (800) 343-3166 within 3 days of receiving damaged or defective product for credit and replacement options.
DAMAGES -Claims for breakage must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
SAMPLES - Random samples will be billed at item cost plus shipping and must be returned within 30 days. We will credit your invoice less freight when received in good condition.
